Every year since 2018, a special place has been reserved for the winners of the Plane’R Fest Springboard on TERMINAL 1 (Main Stage). With each new edition, a regional band has the furious job of opening the Saturday festivities.
Registration to come and rock Montcul will open on Thursday, February 5, and close on Thursday, February 26.
The final of the Springboard will take place on May 6, 2026, at Rock’N Eat, in Lyon, France.

SCHEDULE
5 February 2026 to 26 February 2026 👉 Submission of group applications.
12 March 2026 👉 Announcement of the four finalists.
6 May 2026 👉 Springboard final at Rock’n Eat (32 Quai Arloing Lyon 9ème) – free pricing, open to all.
4 July 2026 👉 30-minute set by the winning project to open TERMINAL 1, with a fee of €500 excluding tax.
REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
This springboard is open to all rock and/or metal bands based in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, in France.
All applicants must be at least 18 years old on 06/05/2026 and have submitted their application using the Google form (via the button at the bottom of this page) between 5 and 26 February 2026.
For the registration to be validated, each band must send at least :
- 1 text presenting the project / biography
- a list of the band’s 2 most important / significant past concerts (date, venue/festival)
- the number of recordings made by the band at the time of registration (specifying EP, LP)
- 1 photo of the band (press or live)
- 1 audio track (maximum 3 tracks, live accepted)
- 1 live video (maximum 3 videos, clips accepted)
- 1 technical sheet
