Warm-Up

When the most impertinent of French festivals meets the most casual music scene in France, the sparks that spring out of it form the WARM UP of PLANE’R FEST! Born from the unlikely meeting between Plane’R Fest, a festival located in Colombier-Saugnieu (69) in the mythical hamlet of Montcul, and the hall l’Empreinte in Savigny-le-Temple (77), this Warm Up offers a 100% female voice set with two bands from the festival’s program and one band supported by the hall… all of this with free access!

Heavy metal with NIGHTMARE, alternative metal with ODC and post metal with PËRL: the range is wide and reflects the line-up of the two organising structures, which have always liked to mix genres. This Warm Up evening will also offer the public the opportunity to win passes for the Plane’R fest, festival goodies and tickets for the Empreinte concerts.

L’Empreinte de Montcul – another code name for this unique evening – should also leave an indelible mark on the minds of the lucky ones who will have the honour to attend! A premiere that marks the beginning, we hope, of a long and sultry collaboration.

Nightmare

Founded in 1979, French heavy metal pioneers NIGHTMARE have been an integral part of the European metal scene for three decades, releasing album after album while evolving their style and sound over the years. Mixing hard-hitting riffs and explosive drums from the very beginning of the album, “Aeternam” perfectly blends the raw, energetic and powerful heavy metal that Nightmare are known for with sublime and varied melodies.

ODC

ODC welcomes you into its universe, a mix of modern rock and metal with energetic riffs, urban groove and percussive rhythms, in an underground and cinematic atmosphere. Our ambition: to modernize Rock and Metal through the fusion of styles. Since its first EP in 2019, ODC has been experiencing a great public recognition with millions of streams on all platforms.

PËRL

Adept of the chiaroscuro, of the intertwining of nuances and influences, the trio from Ile-de-France Përl pursues its own personal trajectory, at the edge of post-metal, post-black, indie rock and much more. Their 3rd album, Les Maîtres du Silence, will take you where rage, melancholy, contemplation and travel will find you.

They will be back on the road in January 2023 with their new opus to defend and a new show to perform, with a marked identity.
